I followed my heart which brought me to my purposeful career of helping you to be in your heart; to shed what no longer serves you and give you the tools to live an abundant life of grace, purpose, and light.

In 2010 I made a brave decision to quit my career and jump headfirst into my purposeful career of healing.  It was scary.  This decision brought on incredible self-doubt and limiting beliefs, however, I faced it head on, put a full court press on healing, and learned amazing tools along the way.  It was the best, most fulfilling decision I have made in my life (apart from my children and husband).

Since then, I have become an Energy Therapist, certified Life Coach, Certified Belief, Body & Emotion Code Practitioner, Reiki Master, Seraphim Blueprint Healer and Jesus Code Healer, Teacher, Motivational Speaker and International Best Selling Author.  I’m just getting started!

My mission is to empower you to be your healthiest self, tap into your highest potential, reduce the stress and mind chatter in your life and release imbalances causing physical, mental and emotional challenges.

A big proponent of doing the work to facilitate positive change, I am your accountability partner for those changes.

Along with releasing what does not serve you, you will learn tools based on energy psychology and spirituality to help you move forward on your life’s journey, at your own pace.
